1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GloShip (operated by GloShip, reachable at thegloship.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

GloShip provides a shipping management platform that enables users to compare carrier rates, manage a USD-denominated wallet, purchase carrier labels, and track shipments. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Wallet & Payments

Wallet funds are held in USD. Top-up is via bank transfer only. Label purchases are deducted from your wallet balance immediately upon confirmation. Unused balances are refundable upon written request to support@thegloship.com, subject to a processing review.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use GloShip to ship prohibited items, engage in fraud, violate carrier terms, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

GloShip is not liable for carrier delays, lost or damaged packages, customs holds, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the wallet balance held at time of claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on file.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
